Nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT) is a family of transcription factors shown to be important in immune response. One or more members of the NFAT family is expressed in most cells of the immune system. NFAT is also involved in the development of cardiac, skeletal muscle, and nervous systems.
Cat. No. | Product Name | CAS No. | Information |
---|---|---|---|
CSN24892 | Usnic acid | 125-46-2 | Usnic acid is a furandione found uniquely in lichen that is used widely in cosmetics, deodorants, toothpaste and medicinal creams as well as some herbal products. It exhibits antiviral, antiprotozoal, antiproliferative, anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity. |
CSN23754 | NFAT Inhibitor-1 | 249537-73-3 | NFAT Inhibitor is a high-affinity calcineurin-binding peptide that inhibits NFAT (Nuclear Factor of Activated T cells) activation and NFAT-dependent expression of endogenous cytokine genes in T cells. |
CSN26552 | MA242 | 1049704-18-8 | MA242 is a Dual Inhibitors of MDM2 and NFAT1 for Pancreatic Cancer Therapy. MA242 decreased cell proliferation and induced apoptosis in pancreatic cancer cell lines regardless of p53 status. MA242 alone or in combination with gemcitabine inhibited pancreatic tumor growth and metastasis without any host toxicity. Our data indicate that targeting both MDM2 and NFAT1 represents a novel and effective strategy to treat pancreatic cancer. |
CSN25702 | INCA-6 | 3519-82-2 | INCA-6 is a selective inhibitor of calcineurin-NFAT (nuclear factor of activated T cells) signaling. |
CSN13981 | Heraclenin | 2880-49-1 | Heraclenin, a natural product isolated and purified from the fruits of Citrus aurantium L., induces apoptosis in Jurkat leukemia cells in mechanistically different ways. |
